The issues raised about Campbeltown’s public toilets included the ‘filthy’ conditions, lack of soap and hand sanitiser and broken toilet bowls.

Argyll and Bute council should be doing all that it can to encourage visitors and having well maintained, available public toilets are a large part of that.
‘I cannot see the thinking behind closing the toilets when they serve so many people.’
