‘I would love to hear from any individual or group in Mid Argyll who would be interested in taking part over the month of March’
Sarah McFadzean from ACUMEN has joined forces with Kintyre Link Club manager Tracy Chambers to launch the challenge.
I would like to thank all the people who came to the pancake tea in Whitehouse Village Hall and helped to make it a fantastic afternoon.
Dementia touches so many in Kintyre and we are keen to talk to as many people as possible about real lived experiences locally.
Glenbarr Nurseries was sold and the new owners discovered an old bus driver’s badge under the floorboards which belonged to Johnny Sinclair.
The informal Information event will be hosted by Independent Advocate Sarah McFadzean on April 17 from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
There will be refreshments and I have confirmed attendance from Shopper-Aide, TSI, Link Club, Dochas, Rape Crisis, Home Start, and a representative from the NHS Communications Engagement Group.
