We continue to bring you photographs of youngsters around Kintyre partaking in Christmas jumper days, lunches, parties and nativities in the run-up to Christmas Day
Many schools have made their nativities, plays, shows and concerts available to view online this year.
The young actors impressed an audience of their friends, family, fellow students and teachers as they told the story of Jesus’s birth.
Their stellar performances belied their junior years, with every word audible during the 10 songs they learned for the production.
Some children stepped in and filled more than one role but during the impressive production, the audience was none-the-wiser.
One of my favourites is about the wee boy who looked into the crib and said: ‘Isn’t he like his Dad?’
As well as group singing, there were solos including an astounding rendition of Twinkle Twinkle Christmas Star.
Southend primary pupils told the the greatest tale of the the last 2,000 years during their nativity play.
