The band has had to learn a whole range of new tunes for this year’s competitions as they have been promoted up to the Novice A section.
‘Last year we got our best ever Cowal result when we won six trophies, so winning nine on Saturday was a fantastic feeling!’
Well done to both bands on their success and giving their large group of supporters a great day.
The band is replacing the festival parade which has been postponed this year as there were not enough floats and participants.
One per cent of the price goes to local causes when Co-op members buy own-brand products.
