Councillor Kieron Green, chairman of the IJB, thanked residents but urged them to continue adhering to restrictions.
When there are genuine consultations they will be ignored because people will think it is a waste of time as the decision has already been made.
‘It is unlikely at this stage that the HSCP will achieve financial balance by the end of the financial year and it will therefore need to look to its partner bodies for additional funding.’
