With less than two weeks until this year’s Mull of Kintyre Music Festival (MOKFest) kicks off, Glen Scotia West Coast Rocks Concert ticket-holders are preparing to rock with three of the best Scottish bands on the festival scene.

The concert in the Victoria Hall on Saturday August 20 headlines with Elephant Sessions and Trail West, with Rhuvaal opening a night of outstanding music.

Multi-award-winning Elephant Sessions fuse rich folk and trad influences with funk, rock and electronica, creating a set full of grooves and guitar attack with quicksilver fiddle/mandolin melodies.

The group have already become renowned for breath-taking live shows throughout the UK and Europe.

Trail West are a six-piece band with strong links to the Hebridean Isles of Tiree and South Uist, playing to sell-out venues and festivals across Scotland and the UK.

Rhuvaal, who continue to grow in popularity and experience, perform at the festival for the first time with their new six piece line-up.
