Breach of the peace

A 35-year-old woman was arrested, charged and held for court after allegedly acting in a disorderly manner towards members of the public at Glenside, Campbeltown, at 3pm on Tuesday December 28.

Breach of bail

A 35-year-old woman was arrested, charged and held for court after allegedly breaching her bail conditions between Thursday December 30 and Friday December 31, by contacting a woman, and failing to be within her Campbeltown address during curfew hours.

Breach of ASBO

A 28-year-old woman was arrested and held for court after allegedly breaching her antisocial behaviour order by being abusive to neighbours at Albyn Avenue, Campbeltown, at about 9pm on Monday January 3.

Electricity offence

A 36-year-old woman was charged after it was discovered at 2.20pm on Thursday January 6 that an electricity meter at an address in Kirk Street, Campbeltown, had been bypassed, causing it to fail to register the amount of electricity used.
