Between 9am and 2.15pm on Tuesday December 21, an unattended stationary car on Shore Street, Campbeltown, was allegedly struck and damaged by a vehicle, the driver of which failed to stop and provide details or report the accident at a police station within 24 hours.
A 63-year-old woman was arrested, charged and held for court after allegedly acting in a threatening and abusive manner and assaulting a person at an address in Clachan at about 9.45pm on Tuesday December 21.
A 43-year-old man was charged with driving without insurance after routine checks revealed there was no insurance policy in place for the vehicle he was driving on Main Street, Campbeltown, at about 10.15pm on Saturday December 25. A 28-year-old man was charged with permitting someone to drive a vehicle without insurance.
