Herbal cannabis

A 35-year-old woman was issued with a recorded police warning after she was found to be in possession of a small amount of herbal cannabis at Campbeltown Police Station on Tuesday November 9.

Abusive behaviour

A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal after a 59-year-old man allegedly acted in a threatening manner, made racial comments and assaulted a police officer at Campbeltown Sheriff Court at about 12pm on Thursday November 11.

Phone theft

A 32-year-old man was arrested and charged after allegedly assaulting a woman and stealing her mobile phone at about 12.50 am on Friday November 12 at an address in Croft Park, Tarbert.

Shoplifting

A 27-year-old man was issued with a recorded police warning after shoplifting from the Co-op supermarket in Port Ellen, Islay, at about 2.50pm on Friday November 12.
