A 68-year-old man has been charged after failing to present a valid MOT certificate within seven days of being issued with a HORT1 ticket after the black Peugeot vehicle he was driving was stopped by police in Lochend Street, Campbeltown, at about 1.30pm on Saturday September 25.
A 27-year-old man was charged and issued with a recordable police warning after taking a bottle of alcohol, without consent, from behind a bar at The Feathers Inn, Campbeltown, before concealing it and leaving the premises, at about 1am on Monday September 27.
A 21-year-old man was issued with an anti-social behaviour order notice after he was seen by police at The Square, Bowmore, at about 2.30am on Tuesday September 14, revving the engine of a vehicle needlessly and to the annoyance of residents who were trying to sleep.
Two children were allegedly abusive to one another on Main Street, Bowmore, at about 8pm on Saturday September 25. As a result of enquiries after the matter was reported to police, two boys, one aged 12 and the other 13, have been referred for youth intervention processes.
