Abusive behaviour

A 46-year-old man was arrested and charged with abusive behaviour, resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer after allegedly behaving in an abusive manner towards paramedics in Shore Street, Campbeltown, at about 8.50pm on Sunday June 13.

Drunk driver

A 53-year-old man was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. The car he was driving was stopped by police on the B843 near Machrihanish at about 2.08pm on Monday June 14.

Man assaulted

A 34-year-old woman was arrested and charged with assaulting a man at Hillside Road, Campbeltown, at about 11.45pm on Wednesday June 16.

Assault and vandalism

A 48-year-old man was arrested and charged with assaulting a woman, damaging her property and being abusive to another male in Hillfoot Terrace, Tarbert, at about 9pm on Monday June 14.
