MACKINTOSH – RAYAN – On Skye, May 5, 2021. Donald, eldest son of Donnie and Maureen, to Natasha, only daughter of John and Mildred, Adelaide, Australia.
COLVILLE – Peacefully at the Campbeltown Hospital, on May 5, 2021, William Colville, in his 83rd year, 21 Burnside Cottages, Stewarton, dearly beloved husband of Catherine McSporran, much loved dad of Ailsa and Katrina and a loving and much loved brother and uncle.
MCMILLAN – The family of the late Robert McMillan would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy. The family would like to thank the Argyll and Bute Homecare staff team, the Macmillan team (Maggie), Campbeltown hospital and the funeral directors T A Blair.
MCNAIR – High Smerby. Norma, Susan and Robert would like to convey their sincere thanks to family and friends for the overwhelming support they have received through cards, flowers, phone calls and other gifts. We would also like to sincerely thank the manager and staff of Carr Gomm, Carers Direct, Community Nurses and Ambulance crews for their dignified and very kind care of John. Mr William Crossan for a lovely, warm and comforting service and Kenneth Blair and family for their professional and dignified manner. Thanks to everyone who paid tribute to John at church and round the town on the day.
WARDROP – The family of the late Ellen would like to thank everyone for their kind expressions of sympathy through cards, flowers and messages. Thank you to Reverend Crossan for a moving and personal service and to Ross Connor for piping so beautifully at the graveside. Thank you to all who paid their respects as the cortège travelled to Kilkerran Cemetery and to Kenneth Blair and staff for outstanding professionalism. Also to Raymond Hosie and Kenny Craig who helped keep family who could not be there, connected.
