With the country still under some lockdown restrictions, people may be unable to celebrate their birthdays with friends and extended family as they normally would.
To help make their day a little more special, the Courier would like to give a shout-out to everyone celebrating a lockdown birthday, including this birthday girl.
Joanne Jarvie, from Campbeltown, who celebrated her silver wedding anniversary with husband Alister on Tuesday May 4, is 50 today, Saturday May 8. She plans to spend the weekend celebrating with family. All the staff and children at Drumlemble Primary School wish her a very happy birthday.
