Speeding offences

On Wednesday last week, two men and a woman were stopped by police for allegedly driving at excessive speed on the A83 at Lochgilphead. They were all issued with £100 fixed penalty tickets with three penalty points.

Abusive behaviour

Last Friday evening in Bowmore, Islay, a 37-year-old woman allegedly behaved in an abusive manner towards another woman. Police noted details and said she will be issued with a recorded police warning when she is traced.

Woman assaulted

A man allegedly assaulted a woman and knocked her to the ground on Sunday night in Stanalane, Bowmore. Police are investigating the incident and are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with any information to contact them.
