Two pipers with Campbeltown connections met up at Dumfries Piping Club’s final meeting of the season.

Willie McCallum, the award-winning and world-renowned Campbeltown piper, was the guest of honour and he met one of the club’s younger but most enthusiastic members, Jay McConnachie.

Jay is the great grandson of Nancy and the late Gordon McPherson, Lorne Campbell Court, and the late John and Helen McConnachie, Longrow.
