The sale of Christmas cards contributed almost £200 to the total amount raised at a coffee morning held by Campbeltown’s Cancer Research UK fundraising committee.

The Campbeltown Town Hall fundraiser, which made more than £700 in total, also featured stalls including a baking stall, bottle stall and a lucky dip.

A spokesperson said: ‘Thanks to all who came out to support us.’

The committee’s next fundraiser, an organ recital by David McEwan in the Lorne and Lowland Church, is tomorrow, Saturday November 9, at 7.30pm.
