As ever, the baking stall was a hit at Carradale Guild’s annual summer fair.

The evening was opened by guest of honour Marion McDonald, after which visitors crowded round all the usual stalls including a raffle, a tombola, guess the, guess the weight of the cake, a bottle stall, a plant sale and a bric-a-brac table.
