Despite being warned he could face a ‘a moderate financial penalty’, a drug user was admonished.
Jack McLellan, 20, of Flat 4, Murroch Avenue, Dumbarton, appeared at Campbeltown Sheriff Court for sentencing last Thursday, having previously pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing methylenedioxymethylamphetamine, a class A drug, on December 3, 2017, in Kirk Street, Campbeltown.
After deferring sentence for six months for McLellan to be of good behaviour, Sheriff Patrick Hughes admonished him.
