Lorne and Lowland Church Hall was a hive of activity on Monday afternoon as children and parents joined in the Messy Church Easter experience.
The monthly Messy Church is an initiative of Lorne and Lowland Church assisted by helpers from Campbeltown Community Church, Springbank Evangelical Church and Campbeltown Free Church.
It is for children of all ages, accompanied by an adult. The team comprises Jean Durnan, Mhairi Reid, Moira Macdougall, Joyce Oxborrow, Katuska Davies, Ineke Fee and Liz Ferguson.
The gathered group shared a light meal together, prepared by Moira and Joyce.
Ineke led the singing and told the Easter story from the Bible. Sharon Kerr, Katuska and Mhairi assisted the children to decorate crosses and Easter eggs and to make an Easter mobile.
The fun did not end there as everyone was invited to take part in the all-ages Easter egg hunt.
