A sheriff ordered reports on an Islay man who pleaded guilty to a breach of the peace on Jura.
At Campbeltown Sheriff Court last Thursday, Malcolm James McGregor, 51, of Kilanne House, Bowmore, Islay pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening manner in the early hours of January 10 at Moondarra, Crackaig, Craighouse.
After McGregor’s defence agent, Stephen MacSporran, told the court that there was some suggestion that his client’s medication may be out of sync, Sheriff Simon Fraser ordered psychiatric and social work reports and a restriction of liberty assessment order.
