A new chapter in library borrowing has opened for bookworms using Campbeltown’s Aqualibrium.

From yesterday, LiveArgyll, the trust which runs Campbeltown Library, has joined downloadable app, BorrowBox, for all Android and iPhones users.

With BorrowBox library members can borrow from LiveArgyll libraries 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Recognised as the No.1 library download platform in the world, BorrowBox is the brainchild of Bolinda Digital.

Unique because it enables members of public libraries to download and borrow eBooks and eAudiobooks via digital loans, BorrowBox is the only app of its kind in the world with an inbuilt eBook reader and eAudiobook player.

BorrowBox means the doors to the library never close and books can be accessed around the clock.

eBooks an be directly downloaded from http://www.liveargyll.co.uk/borrowbox or from the BorrowBox app.
