Pupils player Donald McCallum deserves special mention for his Lochgilphead performance against arch foes Red Star.

A piece of magic from the unselfish forward pulled the Pupils – down 2-0 – back into contention in the second half.

A harmless ball through the middle seemed to be well-covered by the home centre-half and goalkeeper.

A timely intervention allowed McCallum to flick the ball beyond the two defenders before another deft touch found the back of the net.
