There were no red faces but plenty of blusher at Largieside SWI’s October meeting.

Vice president Linda Hutchinson welcomed members and Susan MacKechnie who demonstrated how to apply and wear the Mary Kay range of make-up.

Susan explained that the make-up range was established in 1963 in the USA with just a handful of friends and $5,000 of investment.

It is suitable for all skin types and is available worldwide with a charitable foundation attached to its sales.

Largieside ladies were privileged to be some of the first to try a new range released in October which included night cream, foundation, blusher, eye make-up remover, scrubs and lipsticks.

A spokesperson said: ‘Susan’s enthusiasm and sense of fun made it a very enjoyable evening.’

Tea hostesses were Catherine Lowe and Linda Hutchinson.
