A sunny Sunday afternoon brought walkers, with and without dogs, and cyclists out in droves.
The seasonal sharp autumn weather followed what seemed like a week of rain and a particularly dreich Saturday.
Many seemed to have chosen the newly surfaced Baraskomel farm Shore Walk. It can be found by walking to the end of Low Askomil, through the old shipyard and along the leafy path which follows.
The views across the Loch to Davaar and further afield to Arran are particularly good.
Although there were some people there were also long spells of solitude enjoying the birdsong and warm sun long spells.
