An Argyll and Bute housing association is consulting tenants on its proposal to develop a three year rent strategy.
During July a briefing paper will be sent to all tenants with information on the proposal, along with details of the association’s priorities, planned expenditure and what this may mean.
To further assist with any tenants’ queries a series of roadshows will take place throughout August.
Staff from all departments, including a welfare advice officer and an energy advisor will attend.
The dates and venues are as follows: Rothesay, Friday August 3, 10am to 2pm in the Fyne Homes boardroom, Victoria Street; Tarbert, Tuesday August 7, 11am to 1pm, Templar Art and Leisure Centre, Harbour Street; Dunoon, Friday August 10, 10am to 2pm, Queens hall, Argyll Street; Isle of Gigha, Wednesday August 15, 11am to 1pm, Gigha hotel; Campbeltown, Friday August 17, 10am to 2pm Campbeltown Picture House, 26 Hall Street; Inveraray, Wednesday August 22, 11am to 1pm, Nicol hall, Main Street; Lochgilphead, Friday August 24, 10am to 2pm, Parish church hall, Manse Brae.
