Campbeltown Pupils 2011s excelled at the Oban football festival on June 23.

The two teams, totalling 10 boys, did themselves proud playing fantastic football, demonstrating terrific teamwork, and scoring superb goals.

David Paterson from Campbeltown and District Juvenile Football Association(CDJFA) said: ‘Considering the early start and the distance they travelled, the effort the boys put in was unbelievable and they should be proud of themselves.’

Both teams played seven games and both won five, drew one and lost only one.

It was an extra special day for birthday boys, James McLean and Sean McArthur, who turned seven that day. NO_Pupils_2011s_03_7th birthday boys James McLean and Sean McArthur;
