Members of Southend SWI have celebrated 90 years of their organisation’s history.

Members past and present met on Monday May 14, in Dunaverty Hall for a buffet and entertainment to celebrate the nine decades since the organisation was founded in south Kintyre.

Linda Retson, national chairman of SWI, attended the event, and a special celebration cake, made by Mary Cameron, was cut by president Jean Ives and Susan Cameron, an honorary member of Southend SWI.
