Wrestling draws big Kintyre crowds and tonight at 9.30pm in Campbeltown Picture House a group of 1980s Big Daddy wannabes are the stars of ‘Walk like a Panther.’

Organisers of the inaugural Scottish Comedy Film Festival have secured the film’s director and writer Dan Cadan and one of its stars, Dave Johns, to introduce the film.

‘Walk Like A Panther’ tells the story of  a group of 1980s wrestlers who are forced to don the lycra one last time when their beloved local pub is threatened with closure.

Johns starred alongside Stephen Graham, Stephen Tompkinson, Jill Halfpenny and Jason Flemyng.
