DID A Campbeltown youth group help Snow White avoid the poisoned red apple? Oh yes, they did!

The 1st Campbeltown company of Boys’ Brigade (BB) kept its annual pantomime visit local this year, visiting Clachan’s production of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs instead of the usual trip to Glasgow.

Twenty boys and four officers made the trip up the peninsula and judged the panto a ‘great success’ which was ‘thoroughly enjoyed by all’, vowing to return in the future.

BB leader Alister Nimmo said: ‘The trip was financed by a very generous donation from Nancy Morgans, Devon, a former Campbeltonian, whom the boys would like to thank.

‘They also wish to thank Angus Brodie for driving the minibus.’
