The Lorne and Lowland Church Guild boosted the kirk’s funds by selling loaves, muffins and scones.

Visitors had to be quick to catch some of the homemade sweet treats which flew off the tables at the coffee morning last Wednesday.

Tea and coffee was poured by countless volunteers as people squeezed into the packed church hall.

A total of nearly £700 was raised for the church’s funds.
