Pupils livened up their interpretation of the Bard’s poems with instruments including ocarinas, recorders and bells during a Glenbarr Primary event.

They welcomed families and friends to a Burns lunch on Tuesday of last week.

To ensure everyone had a good time the children made tartan-inspired place mats, non-alcoholic Cranachan, and shortbread for their guests.
