Members of Campbeltown’s RNLI volunteer fundraisers who crew the old quay shop finished the year with a tea party.
At the annual event, shop manager Sue Morgan, who has led the team for five years, said: ‘This year the shop has sold more than £13,000 worth of stock and I have priced at least 30 lots of ordered stock.
‘The shop could not operate without the support of all the volunteers. In particular I should thank Ailsa Martin for organising the rota. This year we also have some new young, keen and dynamic volunteers.’
Some of the volunteers at the tea party are from left: Margaret Mitchell, Sue Morgan, Liz Johnson, Hilary Lord, Liz Humphries, Gail Edwards, Helen Steel, Violet Greig, Liz Kennedy, Maureen Johnson and Eva MacDonald MBE. 25_c51rnli01_christmas_tea
