Farmers young and old danced into the Christmas spirit as they celebrated 10 years since the Campbeltown Young Farmers branch re-formed.

The group organised a Christmas dinner dance in the Argyll Hotel on Saturday.

Guest speaker,  Thomas Cameron, was the chairman when the club re-formed a decade ago.

After a three course meal, farmers and friends kicked back and enjoyed a dance, with live music from Lochgilphead-based band, the Democrats.

Robin Barr had more reason than most for partying the night away as he celebrated his 60th birthday.
