As part of the Boys’ Brigade Junior Section’s centenary celebrations, youngsters from the 1st Campbeltown company joined a sleepover at Glasgow Science Centre.

The boys visited the planetarium and were given a talk on the stars and planets, and they visited the theatre where staff introduced experiment with fire.

Both events were enjoyed by the boys who were then given free access to all the interactive items on display in the centre.

After hot chocolate the boys bedded down among the exhibits in their sleeping bags.

They left the centre the following day and arrived back in Campbeltown in time for lunch.
