A cooking collection of recipes for Kintyre venison has surfaced at a French car boot sale.

The booklet, compiled and edited by L and M McArthur of Homeston farm, was bought by John Reid and his Campbeltown born wife Gladys, née Wootton, in a small village called Saint Front la Riviere.

The village is in the region of south west where the couple live. Mr Reid wonders if anyone is able to shed any more light on this culinary initiative.
