A Salvation Army junior soldiers duo donned rubber gloves and got stuck in at the sink after volunteering to help at a coffee morning.

Skye MacLean, 13 and her friend Krystal Allen, 14, joined Margaret Raeside in the kitchen at the event last Saturday which, on a dreich day, raised £135 for church funds.
