A fitness class in Southend’s Dunaverty hall has all the right moves to feature on a charity website.

The Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations will mark the Dunaverty hall committee’s success at this year’s Scottish charity awards with an online feature, about activities, in the hall which opened last year.

Tracy Chamber’s Southend Fit Club (SFC) was chosen to illustrate a regular class which has developed in the hall.

SFC runs four classes a week: on Wednesday at 5.40pm Mrs Chambers runs aerobics followed by circuit training from 6.25pm, on Friday at the same times there are kettlebells followed by Fatburn Extreme. Each class costs £3.50.
