ANDERSON – Peacefully at the home of her daughter, Gowanlea, Argyll Street, Campbeltown, surrounded by her family, on July 8, 2017, Mary Galbraith MacMillan (Rena) in her 83rd year, 43 Davaar Avenue, Campbeltown, dearly beloved wife of the late John Anderson (Kynamp) much loved mum of Mari, Shaun and the late Georgia, mother-in-law of Barry and Heather, loving granny of Campbell, Shaun, Lewis, Calla and Georgia and beloved great granny of Josh.
BRYDSON – Peacefully at home, 9 Albyn Avenue, Campbeltown, on July 11, 2017, Allan Brydson, in his 88th year, dearly beloved husband of the late Alice Brydson, much loved father of Lucy, June and Margaret and a loving papa and great papa. Together again. Funeral Private.
COPE – Peacefully at home, Mill House, Muasdale, on June 29, 2017, Douglas Cope (Doug) in his 69th year, a beloved husband and son, loving father and grampa, much loved brother, dear uncle and good friend to many. MACPHERSON – Suddenly at home, 11 Witchburn Road, Campbeltown, on July 9, 2017, Elizabeth Sinclair MacKinnon (Elsie), in her 85th year, dearly beloved wife of the late Archibald Cameron Macpherson, much loved sister of Catherine, Malcolm and the late Alister and Ian and a loving aunt and great aunt. Funeral in the Lorne and Lowland Parish Church, Campbeltown on Friday July 14, at 1.00p.m. Funeral thereafter to Kilkerran Cemetery. Friends please accept this intimation and invitation. MATHESON – Very suddenly in her home on Sunday July 9, 2017. Catherine (Kitty), née Johnston, aged 87 years, of 24 Harald Drive, Thurso, formerly of Kilberry. Beloved wife of the late George (bus driver), dearly loved mum of Donald, loving sister of Agnes and George, a dear sister-in-law, aunty and friend to many. At rest.

ACKNOWLEDGEMETS
DUNCAN – Karen, Brian, Lilian and all the family wish to thank everyone for the flowers, cards and messages of sympathy following the sad loss of Betty. To the Rev. William Crossan for a touching and comforting service, to Fiona and Roddy for their compassionate and professional service and to Morna for the beautiful flowers. Our most sincere thanks and gratitude to all the carers and district nurses who looked after mum so well over the last few months, and to Macmillan and Marie Curie nurses. McKINLAY – Diana, Isabel and the family of the late Morag McKinlay, would like to thank everyone for the many kind expressions of sympathy, phonecalls, cards, visits and flowers received following their recent sad loss. Special thanks to the staff of Glenaray Ward, District Nurses and Marie Curie Nurses, for their care and compassion shown to Mum. Our thanks are also extended to Rev. Cliff Acklam for an uplifting and comforting service, to Donald MacDonald Funeral Directors for caring and compassionate arrangements, to the Cairnbaan Hotel for excellent purvey and to Corrinna at The Flower Shop for beautiful flowers. Finally, our thanks to all who attended at church and graveside to pay their respects, it was greatly appreciated. The retiral collection raised £250 for Marie Curie.
MORANS – The family and friends of the late Catherine (Katie) Morans, would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours, for the many kind expressions of sympathy received in their recent bereavement. Special thanks to doctors and nursing staff at Tarbert Surgery, Mid Argyll Hospital Lochgilphead, Lorn and Islands Hospital Oban and local district nurses for all the kind care and attention received. Special thanks also to Rev Robert MacLeod for his friendship, visits, tribute and comforting service, Stan Lupton Funeral Directors for professional services, West Loch Hotel for excellent catering and to all who paid their last respects at church and graveside.
