P1 to P7 rugby players touched down for a mini rugby festival at the Meadows in Campbeltown.

Youngsters from Kintyre were joined by oval ball experts from Mid-Argyll and Lochgilphead for a celebration of everything which goes over the sticks.

The day was organised by John Foster supported by sponsors including: Councillor Donald Kelly representing the Common Good Fund, The Royal Hotel for tackle bags, Alasdair MacPhail from the Community Council and the Wind Farm Trust which donated medals.
