Kintyre’s P4 and P5 pupils have been put through their paces by the continued success of the virtual games competition rolled out by Active Schools.

The competition included six fitness/skill stations where the pupils had to score against the clock.

14 teams from across Kintyre entered, with Castlehill Primary School picking up both the winners and runner-up shields.  The winners were Team DAB and the runners up were the Fantastic Four.

An Active Schools spokesperson said: ‘A big thank you to all pupils, teachers and volunteers who helped makes this competition happen.’

P6 and P7 pupils will have the opportunity to test themselves in the virtual games competition when it kicks off at the end of May.
