From a flat to a cottage for the tenants

THERE were plenty of tearful farewells when the Dalintober and Millknowe Tenants Association left their flat in Parliament Place when the building was demolished to make way for new housing.

But the reverse happened on Wednesday last week when the tenants officially declared their new home, Broom Cottage, open with plenty of balloons and laughter.
