GOLF Kintyre and Machrihanish Dunes were represented at the Cancun Convention centre of the International Golf Travel Market (IGTM) recently.
IGTM is an event of the International Association of Golf Tour Operators.
More than 200 golf tour operators and exhibitors from more than 55 countries around the world gathered to see the locations on offer.
It is the single best venue to meet international golf travel trade and media all over the world.
During the week Brian Keating and his team had over 100 meetings with golf tour operators showing interest in Kintyre.
Golf Kintyre & Machrihanish Dunes participated as part of the Visit Scotland contingent.
The interest was phenomenal.
Representing Golf Kintyre and Machrihanish Dunes at the IGTM recently were Brian Keating, his two children as well as Eve Harris and Kyle Biedenbach of Southworth Development.
Brian Keating said: ‘From my point of view this is the first time Kintyre has been presented as a golfing destination at this sort of golfing event.’
