Campbeltown’s Brian raises £1,200 for Children 1st

c46brian01noA CAMPBELTOWN man has raised more than £1,200 for charity after putting himself through a number of gruelling challenges across Scotland over two months.

Brian Robertson took part in a ‘fundraising rampage’, which involved four challenges including the Campbeltown Sprint Triathlon, Loch Ness Marathon, Survival of the Fittest in Edinburgh and a Forth Road Bridge abseil.

The 33-year-old was raising money for Children 1st and in total over the two months, Brian swam for half a mile, cycled for 12 miles, ran for 35 miles and free fell for 165 feet.
