RICHARD Gough’s presence was not enough to stop the over 25s losing out to the under 25s in the Jimmy Taylor Memorial match, played on the all weather pitch in Campbeltown on Friday,August 31 2012.
The game between different age groups among members of Campbeltown Loyal, the local Rangers supporters club, ended in a draw after normal time.
One side had to lose out on penalties, and a great save saw the juniors take the honours at the death.
A good crowd then attended a question and answer session with Gough, raising money in aid of Alzheimer’s Scotland.
