FEATURING artwork by Ewan McGregor and Stella McCartney,an art show and auction will celebrate the centenary of the Kintyre branch of Red Cross.
To celebrate the milestone the event is being held in aid of the International Red Cross Disaster Fund. Local artists from Kintyre and Mid Argyll were invited to donate paintings to be shown at the Postcards for the Red Cross event including young artists,Rosslyn Oman and Katie Duncan.
Professional artists with an Argyll connection have also donated paintings including Michael Healey,Victoria Maxwell-Macdonald and Jolomo.
The centre on Kirk Street,Campbeltown will be open on Friday August 17 between 1pm and 5pm and 7pm and 9pm.
The artwork can also be viewed from 10.30am on Saturday August 18 and the auction will start at 4pm under the hammer of auctioneer Cecil Finn.
