A Campbeltown woman has scooped £20,000 in the People’s Postcode Lottery after winning the street prize on Saturday,June 30 2012.Lindsay McHardy and husband,Frank,are having a week like no other after scooping the jackpot.
After claiming they never win anything,the lucky pair were gobsmacked to receive their cheque at the weekend when their postcode,PA28 6QH,was drawn as the winning Saturday Street Prize.
‘We are delighted to have won,’ said Lindsay,aged 71. ‘We’ll be saving some for a rainy day and treating ourselves to a holiday in Europe I think.’
