AUTISM Argyll has thanked Campbeltown Grammar pupil Liam McCallum for raising £570 by completing the 10k at the Mull of Kintyre Run earlier this month.
Liam presented Autism Argyll chairwoman Alison Leask with the cheque at the grammar school’s sports day last week.
Alison said:‘We are delighted that Liam has raised this for us. It’s just a fantastic achievement and this is a really significant sum for us.’
The charity provides support for parents and carers of autistic children,as well as liaising with schools who require support in this area.
